I Learnt..

A post on some lessons I got in life.

We see a lot of things around us, which teach us. If given due attention and taken with positive spirit, these things can transform us and make us a better person.
What we need to possess is the willingness to learn.
If we are willing to learn, there will never be scarcity of teachers.
We as human beings are designed to accept things only if there is proof of it in other words we need examples. Examples make us believe, some of them even inspire us..

I present learnings from my life in the form of small poetries..

Nature has always been a powerful source of learning for me, right from my childhood...
I would like to present some of those lessons in the form of a small poetry

Lessons by nature:
This long old tree, seems very common and normal
what it taught me, that change(growth) is gradual..
The same tree in different seasons
taught me that change was imminent.
The sun comes daily as if it is newborn
and taught me that everyday is new and the show must go on..
Those seeds never grew, which I hopefully planted
this taught me that everything is uncertain take nothing for granted..
They taught, I learnt..

 These are some lessons I learnt, when I was studying for my academics..

Lessons during academics:
When I was young,
I used to blunder in arithmetic problems,
My teacher observed the mistake pattern,
She observed that I followed wrong order of operations,
and taught a rule in return,
It was Bracket Of Division Multiplication Addition and Subraction(BODMAS) 
She observed and I learnt..

 When I was in junior college
I and my friend were perplexed
because of the concept of "Spin motion of electrons"
A video on the internet was the answer to all the confusions..
I explored and I learnt..

 When I was studying programming
My programs were cluttered, full of confusion,
I saw my professor coding and learnt a better way representation..
It was leaving spaces for better understanding, it was called indentation..
I saw and I learnt..

Our lives are always influenced by great men.. These are some lessons from these greats, I learnt

 Lessons from greats:

 I saw Rahul Dravid speak..
He was asked, 
What makes you successful?you are called "The Wall"
He replied
Its passion and persistence thats all..
I saw and I learnt

The life of Albert Einstein and that of Thomas Edison
Taught me that "curiosity is the mother of all invention"..

Sachin Tendulkar,
a legend cricketer..
Amitabh bachchan,
Man of Millenium..
both greats taught me that
It is true,
humility is the greatest virtue..

How can I forget
Mr APJ Abdul Kalam..
He said
To fly
You need to dream high..

Hello everybody! It has been a long time! In this piece, I wanted to talk about myself. As many of you would have observed or knew that I am an introvert or a not-so-social person. Hope you like this.  P.S. तालाब is a metaphor मैं तालाब हूँ| सतत बहना मेरा मिज़ाज नहीं, न मैं चट्टानों से लड़ने का दावा करता हूँ| मैं दूसरे नदियों या की तालाबों से भी, ज्यादा मिलता जुलता नहीं हूँ! मेरे ख्याल में नदी खुदको , बड़ी खूबी से market करती है ! प्रस्ताव, पानी की आवाज़ और पर्वतों से बहने का दो दृश्य दिखाकर, आकर्षित करती है! और दूसरी और देखो तो मैं , निशब्द, अपने आप में एक संसार | न कोई आकर्षण, न कोई अदा, मेरा परिचय ही चुप्पी है| कहने को है बहुत कुछ मुझे भी, बस जुर्रत नहीं कहने की| बेचने नहीं आता मुझे, तो तसल्ली के लिए कह देता हूँ की बिकाऊ नहीं हूँ| मेरे तेवर से तुम्हें, जलन की बू आ रही होगी, पानी का बना हूँ, पर  मुझमें  ज़रा सी जलन  है  | शायद जलन नहीं है, शायद नदी जैसा बन्ने की, एक तीव्र ललक है|

Movie review: Sunsilk Real FM

So, this was a blogger meet cum screening conducted by Indiblogger and Sunsilk. The movie, which was screened, was Sunsilk Real FM, this was inspired by Sunsilk. Initially, I expected it to be a yet another branding exercise by Sunsilk, but my views were very different after its screening. The important thing is the movie focuses on the values of brand and not the products. The story revolves around the girl name Ria. Ria is a very normal urban girl. Her dad is a Managing Director of a radio station named Real FM.  One fine day, the staff of the radio station threatens to resign, if there appraisals, which were due, are not brought in. But, the company has suffered a severe loss and hence the appraisals were not possible. The entire staff resigns and the MD suffers a heart arrest. Instead of feeling helpless and complaining, Ria takes it upon herself to run the radio station. She and her friends manage to pull it off, for the special Independence day. The movie also

Wo bachpan hi toh hota hai.. jub hum 'hum' hote hain.. jab chidiyon ki awaaz ko hum 'shor' nahi kehte.. jab baarish ki bundein humein apni our pukarti hai.. jub suraj khud aakar humein jagata hai.. jab chaand-taare kaafi the, puri raat guzarne ke liye.. jab mitti se khelna humein 'ganda' nahi lagta.. jab hum bewajah daudte, girte phir uthte hain.. jab humari urja ke liye kisi prerna ki zarurat nahi hoti.. jab galti karne se hum darte nahi hain.. jab har cheez ko puri tarah se jaanne ki tamanna hoti hai.. jab anjaan mahaol mein humein darr lagta hain.. jab in nanhe nainon ko kajal se sajaya jata hai.. jab un khwabon mein hazar rang hote hain.. jab sahi aur galat se ka matlab bi nai pata tha.. jab na koi dwesh aur na koi chhal ka vichar hota hai.. jab paane ki ummeed nai, bas jeene ki dhun sawaar hoti hai..
